Peer Tutoring
Peer Tutoring is a drop-in tutoring service offered to currently enrolled students in various math, chemistry, physics, and engineering courses. As a drop-in tutoring service, you do not need to schedule an appointment in advance; rather, you can simply show up to the tutoring lab any time we are open for some help.
Our tutoring lab is located in the bottom floor of the McDermott Library in room MC 1.304.

How do I know when there is a tutor here to support my course?
All courses supported by Peer Tutoring and when a tutor is available are listed on our website, linked above. Scroll down to find the courses and schedules.
Does Peer Tutoring take appointments for course help?
Nope! Peer Tutoring is entirely drop-in based, so you never need to make an appointment to visit the Peer Tutoring lab. If you are looking for a specific course you need help with, you can find that information on the website linked above and come at the listed time(s) for that course in a given week.
What do I need to attend Peer Tutoring?
A comet card is required to enter the library basement and also to sign into our kiosk before you can sit down. You should also bring your phone, because in order to enter into the queue and have a Peer Tutor assist you, you will need to scan a QR code.
